Subdivision label owner Dean Rodell has been involved in underground music since the early 90s and has been the man behind dozens of innovative, genre-fusing records and remixes on many of the worlds leading Techno/DnB & Dub labels.
Deans innovative approach to music has led him to branch out into the worlds of Drum&Bass and Dubstep and in 2004 he created Subdivison Media to house a family of labels (Subsistenz, Subtrakt, Subviolenz) and artists involved in all the scenes he loves in the pursuit of musical innovation.
This inventive approach has led Dean to work with leading producers such as Current Value, Broken Note, Raiden, King Cannibal, The Panacea, Glenn Wilson, Patrik Skoog (DJAgaric), Senser, The Sect & Cooh to mention but a few, but is perhaps most apparent in Deans work with DnB producer Current Value as ‘Machine Code’ - the truest crossover of Techno/DnB,  Now one of the most prominent acts on the ‘Technoid DnB / Dubstep & 1/4 step ’ scene.

Professional live MC/Vocalist for 10 years, worldwide, MC Coppa has performed live across 29 Countries at clubs and festivals as far as China, Siberia, Russia, Singapore & all over Europe and the UK.

Coppa has headlined & co-headlined across a wide spectrum of international drum and bass Artists worldwide, hosted sets for Danny Byrd, Aphrodite, Nicky Blackmarket, Concord Dawn, Roni Size, Ed Rush, Adam F, Futurebound & Matrix, Dieselboy, Logistics and many more in his 10 years of microphone service, to become one of the most versatile and entertaining drum and bass mc´s in the scene at this present time.

The professionalism Coppa brings to the job is evident in his Dj-friendly, but crowd entertaining style, is deep rooted in the source of his understanding of music and the all important fact of knowing when to drop lyrics and when to let the music play. Through balancing the key fundamentals of complimenting the music and hyping the crowd, his work has earned the respect of many of drum and bass´s veterans, promoters and crowds across the map.

Coppa is the only MC trusted for the job to host and represent the Subdivision camp, working live & in the studio alongside the likes of Dean Rodell & Current Value, The Sect, Cooh & Machine Code proving to be one of the very few MC/Hosts who actually can complement this harder sub-genre of dnb & dubstep.

On the other side of the spectrum, as of lately holding a label residency at Viper Recordings, working regularly at Viper Recordings showcases around Europe with the likes of Futurebound & Matrix, Metrik, Culture Shock & co.

The extra dimension he brings from his 10 years professional experience is testament to him being  regularly booked as a solo headline act in his own right across Europe and Russia & being enlisted hosting whole dnb and dubstep stages at some of the biggest festivals on the continent.

In this current climate of overbearing MC overload, Coppa is still an artist trusted and frequently used by the professionals on the international circuit to present and hold down the microphone duties for some of the biggest names in the scene at this time..

Current Value known to many for his hard hitting dnb and high end production has waltzed into Dubstep with a  unique sound and twist on the genre.
